Joey
Joey came into rescue through no fault of his own after his owners had no time for him. What we have here is your basic spirit filled, loving and playful IG. Once you meet him you will find it difficult to believe he’s 9 years old. He is a handsome cuddly lap hog. Generally, he moves quickly or happily bounces from place to place. His former home had a pet door and he really misses that. He is slowly learning to communicate his need to go outside but hasn’t quite got it yet. Joey has picked up on our daily routine quickly and easily. He loves sitting on the couch with us. He walks well on leash and is beginning to get excited about going for walks. Joey is gated in the laundry room with our IG’s when we are gone and he loves to burrow under the covers in our bed at night. He interacts well with our Iggies and Greyhounds.Joey loves to back up to your leg and rub his butt against you . . . very cute! He’s just plain infectious! Everyone he meets becomes an instant friend to him.
